Bob Sailer. Principal - Georgetown University (B.S. Finance) and Georgetown University Law School (J.D.), with over 30 years of practical experience in (1) domestic and international business transactions, (2) government agencies in Washington, D.C. and State agencies in Olympia, and (3) technology law and international trade. Serves in various outside board of director positions with corporations and non-profit organizations, and acts as special counsel for businesses, governmental and international entities.  Local and national speaker on topics from e-Commerce, Legal Issues in Starting Your Own Business and Strategic Planning to Non Profit Board Training and Family Succession Planning Steps.

George Tamblyn.  Legal Specialist - University of Washington (M.A. History), University of Edinburgh (MSc), and Cornell Law School (J.D.). Presents seminars dealing with commercial real estate, corporate legal issues and commercial transactions.  Previous owner of a manufacturing business and a retail shopping mall.  Currently an inactive member of the bar with over 35 years active experience.  Assists attorneys in finding creative and practical solutions to client issues.

Gail Radtke. Administrative Manager/Legal Assistant — Over 25 years experience in administration and organization. Job history includes ten years as an executive secretary at Puget Power, 9 years as the owner of Impressions Beyond Words, a bookkeeping and word processing company, and over 10 years with Pacific NorthWest Law Group as Administrative Manager.

Traci Cowles. Paralegal. Former contracts manager at Data Dimensions, Inc., contracts administrator at SpaceLabs Medical, proposal writer at TCS Management Group and CIGNA Healthcare.  BA from University of Washington and Paralegal Certification from Southeastern Paralegal Institute.

Of Counsel
Robert E. Smith. Of Counsel - Graduate of the University of Washington (B.S. Phsychology) and University of Washington School of Law (J.D.), specializing in corporate, general counsel, health care, estate plans and government regulatory law. Mr. Smith presents at continuing education seminars for attorneys and for DOH licensed health care providers.  He also conducts HIPAA trainings for health care agencies. The entirety of his professional career has been spent in the Greater Seattle area. 

Richard Jacobs. Of Counsel - Graduate of University College (L.L.B. 1997), admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, with extensive experience in immigration and ADR. Admitted to practice - Washington, U.S. Tax Court, California Bar, and AILA.

Cutler Nylander & Hayton - We provide services at our Seattle office through an affiliation with the firm of Cutler Nylander & Hayton in Seattle, Washington, which provides legal support for clients in the areas of business law, international transactions and litigation/dispute resolution. Phil Cutler, a highly regarded litigator and arbitrator, is a graduate of Northwestern University and Georgetown University, and chairs the State Bar Association ADR Committee. Bob Nylander is a graduate of the University of Washington Law School and specializes in commercial law, Federal and appellate trial work. Tom Hayton received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, his law degree from Willamette University and a graduate law degree from George Washington University.  His practice emphasizes resolution of disputes among architects, contractors and property owners, and resolution of intellectual property disputes.
