               Traci Cowles.  Paralegal, Redmond Office.  Former contracts manager at Data Dimensions, Inc., contracts administrator at SpaceLabs Medical, proposal writer with TCS Management Group, Inc. and CIGNA Healthcare.  BA from University of Washington and Paralegal Certification from Southeastern Paralegal Institute.
